Mall Pretzels


We made these today, and they were delicious!! Make them for your families too. They will love you!! We made cinnamon sugar, garlic, and regular salt. They were all delicious!!

French Peasant Bread

This is probably the easiest bread I've ever made. It's yummy too!!

FRENCH PEASANT BREAD
1 pkg. yeast (1 Tbsp)
2 C warm water
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
4 C flour
oil, corn meal, melted butter

Place yeast, water, sugar, & salt in bowl. Stir. Add flour & stir. Don't knead. Cover let rise 1 hour. Flour hands. Place dough in two rounds on oiled cookie sheet sprinkled with yellow corn meal. Let rise 1 hour. Brush with melted butter. Bake 425 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375. Bake another 15 minutes. Brush with butter. ENJOY!!

Pumpkin Bread

2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
makes two large pans.
