Smothered Meatballs

Meatball ingredients
2 slices bread
1/4 C. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 pound ground beef
3 Tbsp. oil

Sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. milk

Soak 2 slices of torn bread in 1/4 C. milk for 2 minutes. Add 2 beaten eggs, poultry seasoning, pepper, salt, and ground beef. Form into balls and brown in 3 Tbsp oil. Put browned meatballs in 9x13 baking dish. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup milk and pour over meatballs. (You can double the sauce for more gravy.) Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Pour over mashed potatoes.
