Pumpkin Bread

2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
makes two large pans.
